白果挥发性物质的顶空固相微萃取条件筛选及成分分析

Optimization of headspace-solid phase microextraction condition and analysis on volatile component of Ginkgo biloba seeds

  • 摘要: 通过优化顶空固相微萃取(HS-SPME)的萃取条件,并采用气相色谱-质谱联用技术(GC-MS)对白果的挥发性成分进行了分析。结果表明:白果中挥发性成分的最佳萃取条件为温度60℃、时间45min、样品量5g。白果中的挥发性成分有醛类、醇类、烃类、萜类、酯类、芳烃类、酚类及酮类化合物等。其中主要的挥发性成分有肉豆蔻醛、(Z,Z)-7,10-十六二烯醛、(Z)-13-十八烯醛、2,3-丁二醇等。 

     

    Abstract: The condition of headspace-solid phase microextraction (HS-SPME) were optimized and the volatile compounds of Ginkgo biloba seeds were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) . The results showed that the optimal conditions of HS-SPME were extraction temperature at 60℃, time for 45min and sample amount 5g. The volatile compounds in the seeds consisted of aldehydes, alcohols, hydrocarbons, terpenoids, esters, aromatic hydrocarbon, phenols and ketones, etc. Among them, tetradecanal, (Z, Z) -7, 10-hexadecadienal, (Z) -13-octadecenal and 2, 3-butanediol were the major compounds.
