表面等离子共振技术在食品安全检测中的应用

Application of Surface Plasmon Resonance in food safety

  • 摘要: 本文简单介绍了表面等离子共振技术(Surface Plasmon Resonance,SPR),以及罗列综述了近几年来表面等离子共振技术在食品微生物、药物残留、过敏原、添加剂以及海洋生物毒素检测中的应用。并对SPR技术在食品安全领域的应用进行了展望。 

     

    Abstract: Surface Plasmon Resonance (SPR) biosensors are very powerful tools for the study of biomolecular interaction, chemical detection and immunoassays. This paper reviewed the application of SPR biosensors in the determination of microorganism, drug residues, allergen, addictive and marine biotoxins in food. Recent research progress related to the application of SPR biosensors would be greatly helpful for the development of safe and healthy foods.
