一株抗真菌食窦魏斯氏菌AT6的特性分析及培养条件优化

Characteristic analysis and optimization of incubate condition for an antifungal Weissella cibaria AT6

  • 摘要: 对食窦魏斯氏菌AT6的抑菌特性进行了研究,并采用响应面法对其培养条件进行优化。结果表明AT6发酵液在酸性pH条件下对白色念珠菌等具有较好的抑制效果,在pH4时,抑制率78%~86%。通过响应曲面优化食窦魏斯氏菌最佳培养条件为:培养基初始pH5.5,34℃条件下培养40h,其抑菌率较优化前可提高16.36%。 

     

    Abstract: The characteristics of antifungal activity of Weissella cibaria AT6 was discussed and the incubate condition was optimized by response surface method. Results showed that the cell-free supernatant of AT6displayed an obvious inhibitory activity against Canidia Albicans, especially at acidic condition. The inhibition rate was 78% to 86% at pH4.0. When the AT6 stain was incubated in MRS at 34℃ for 40h with initial pH5.5, the best inhibition rate was obtained with 16.36% increasing than the before experiment.
