物化处理食品工业废水的研究进展

Research progress in physical-chemical treatment of wastewater in food industry

  • 摘要: 食品工业废水含有大量有机物,会对环境造成危害,近年来物化处理废水方面技术已经有了极大的发展。论文综述了食品工业废水领域的物化处理手段。物理法包括沉降法、均衡调节、过滤及离心;化学法包括中和法、絮凝法、氧化还原法;物化法包括活性炭技术、高级氧化技术、膜技术、碳纳米管技术、等离子体技术和高梯度磁分离技术。 

     

    Abstract: The wastewaters of food industry are rich in organic matter, which are unfriendly to the environment.There has been a tremendous growth in physical-chemical treatment of wastewater. The physical-chemical treatments of wastewater in food industry was reviewed in this paper. The physical methods include sedimentation, proportional-plus-floating control, filtration and centrifugation. Chemical methods include neutralization process, flocculation precipitation reaction and oxidation reduction process. The physical-chemical methods include activated carbon adsorption, advanced oxidation, membrane filtration, carbon nanotubes, non-thermol quenched plasma and high gradient magnetic separation.
