哈密瓜贮藏保鲜技术的研究进展

Research progress in preservation methods of hami melon

  • 摘要: 采后腐烂是哈密瓜在采后贮运和销售过程中出现的主要问题,该问题不仅会影响哈密瓜的品质,也会造成一定的经济损失。本文综述了哈密瓜保鲜技术的研究进展,并指出了其未来的发展趋势。 

     

    Abstract: Postharvest decay is the main problem of hami melon appeared in the postharvest shipping and sales, which did not only affect the quality of hami melon but bring certain economic loss. Several preservation methods of hami melon were introduced in this paper and compared, and the development trends was pointed out.
