基于农产品无损检测的产地溯源技术的研究进展

The review of agricultural products traceability of origin based on non-destructive testing technology

  • 摘要: 随着经济的发展,越来越多的食品安全问题出现,食品造假掺假现象发生频繁,建立完整的食品追溯链条和有效的检测手段是消费者在消费过程中安全正确地选择食品的保证,同时也可有效控制食品安全事故的发生。除了一般的溯源技术的使用,越来越多的研究倾向于利用食品的无损检测进行原产地溯源。本文主要综述几种溯源技术的基本原理及应用现状,对原产地溯源技术在实际生活中的快速无损检测技术的应用进行探讨。 

     

    Abstract: With economic development, more and more problems of food safety, food adulteration fraud phenomenon frequently, to establish a complete food traceability chain and effective means of detection is an assurance for consumers to choose safety food and it also can effectively control food safety accidents.In addition to general traceability technologies, more and more studies tend to use non- destructive testing for food origin traceability.This article reviewed some of the basic principles of traceability technology and application, and it also discussed a fast traceability technology application of non-destructive testing techniques in real life.
