伊犁马日产奶量与乳品品质及全期产奶量相关性分析

Correlation analysis of daily milk yield and milk quality and all phase of milk yield in YiLi horses

  • 摘要: 通过对最高日产奶量、早期泌乳性状与全期产奶量的相关性及乳蛋白率的影响因素的分析,准确预测伊犁马产奶能力和获得最佳变量水平。利用单因素方差分析及Box-Behnken Design响应曲面法计算相关系数及探讨乳品品质的影响因素。结果表明,最高日产、30d产奶量、90d产奶量与全期产奶量间呈显著的正相关(p<0.05),各早期泌乳性状之间呈极显著正相关(p<0.01);在泌乳期第23月、采样时间点为14时、日产奶量在8.17kg时,乳蛋白率为最好,为2.79%。为高产奶量乳用马的早期选种、乳用马专门化品种的选育以及产奶量与乳成分间平衡点的找出提供参考依据。 

     

    Abstract: In the present study, the milk performance and optimal variable levels of Yili horse were forecasted by analyzing the correlation among the peak production, early milk traits and whole period milk yield as well as the influence factors of milk protein rate.The correlation coefficients were analyzed by one-way ANOVA and calculated by Box-Behnken Design to explore influence factors on milk quality.The results showed that there were positive correlation between daily peak production, early period milk traits and the whole period milk yield and the correlation coefficients were highly significant ( p < 0.05) . All the early period milk traits were also extremely significant positive correlated ( p < 0.01) . The highest milk protein rate was 2.79%, which occurred during the second to third month of lactation, when the sampling time-point was 14: 00 and the milk production was 8.17kg /d.The results would provide reference basis for early selecting milk horse with high milk yield, breeding specialized milk horse breeds, finding out the balance between milk yield and milk composition.
