Abstract: Aquatic products objectively have higher requirements on circulation for its fresh characteristics and the quality and safety problems are complex. In this article, the problems of aquatic products quality and safety in China based on circulation channel such as long circulation channels, complex circulation bodies, lack of government supervision and laws were analyzed.And the developed countries' experiences in the management of the quality and safety of aquatic products in circulation were summarized.Then the suggestions such as optimizing the circulation channels, improving the organization and specialization level of circulation bodies, completing laws and regulations and enhancing policy support are given so as to improve the quality and safety of aquatic products in our country.
