凝胶渗透色谱高效液相色谱荧光法测定脂溶性天然色素中特丁基对苯二酚

Determination of tert-butylhydroquinone in fat-soluble pigments by gel permeation chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography with fluorometric detector

  • 摘要: 建立了脂溶性天然色素中特丁基对苯二酚(TBHQ)的检测方法。样品经凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)技术去除色素和脂类,高效液相色谱荧光法进行定性、定量分析。加标水平为0.5~1.5mg/kg时,TBHQ的回收率为85.50%~103.33%,相对标准偏差为1.06%~7.04%。方法检出限0.1mg/kg。本方法具有净化效果好,准确灵敏,回收率高等优点,适用于脂溶性天然色素中特丁基对苯二酚的检测。 

     

    Abstract: A novel method was developed for the determination of tert- butylhydroquinone ( TBHQ) in fat- soluble pigments using gel permeation chromatography ( GPC) and high performance liquid chromatography with fluorometric detector.The average recoveries of TBHQ were 85.50% ~103.33%, spiked at the level of 0.5~1.5mg /kg.The relative standard deviations were in the range of 1.06% ~ 7.04%, and the procedure allows the detection of0.1mg /kg.The method was rapid, precise and high efficient.It can be extended to the analysis for TBHQ in fatsoluble pigments.
