人参中人参皂苷提取分离研究进展

Research progress in extraction and separation technology of Ginsenosides

  • 摘要: 人参皂苷是人参的主要活性成分之一,具有提高免疫力,抗氧化,抗疲劳,抗肿瘤等多种药理活性作用,如何高效率得到高质量的人参皂苷现已成为研究热点。因此,本文综述了人参皂苷提取、分离纯化方法,并对其进行了比较,为其确定人参皂苷的最佳提取分离纯化方法,旨在为人参皂苷开发和利用提供一定的科学依据。 

     

    Abstract: Ginsenosides was one of the main active ingredients in ginseng.It has many pharmacological effects that include immunity enhancement, antioxidant, anti- fatigue, antitumor effect and so on.Nowadays, how to obtain the high quality of ginsenosides had became a hot research topic.Therefore, this review summarized the method of the extraction and separation technology of ginsenosides and made a comparison on it to confirm the best method of the extraction and separation of ginsenosides so that it provided some scientific basis on the development and application of ginsenosides.
