分子印迹技术在盐酸克伦特罗残留检测中的应用

Progress in application of molecular imprinted technique in determination of clenbuterol hydrochloride

  • 摘要: 盐酸克伦特罗属β2-受体激动剂,该药物理化学性质稳定,具有促进动物生长、增加瘦肉率的功能。然而,长期食用残留该药物的食品,会严重损害人体健康。以分子印迹技术制备的聚合物以其高亲和性、高选择性,高稳定性、制备简单、应用范围广等特点,广泛用于食品安全检测中。本文综述了分子印迹技术的产生、发展、基础理论以该技术在盐酸克伦特罗残留检测中的应用进展,并对其发展前景进行了分析。 

     

    Abstract: Clenbuterol hydrochloride ( CLB) , as a kind of β2-agonist, has repartitioning ability to promote the growth of animals and to increase muscling in animal products. The physics and chemistry of CLB is stable and its residues in food are definitely harmful to health.Due to the merits of molecular imprinted polymers, such as high affinity and selectivity, good chemical stability, preparing sample, wide range of application and so on, molecular imprinted technique ( MIT) is widely used in food safety detection. So this article reviewed the generation, development, basic theory and implication of MIT in detecting CLB, and the application prospect of MIT were also introduced.
