大孔离子交换树脂对菊粉纯化效果的研究

Study on the purification of inulin with macroporous ion exchange resin

  • 摘要: 采用树脂法对菊粉粗提液进行脱色、脱蛋白研究。通过静态和动态筛选实验,得出D280与D151两种离子交换树脂组成的串联树脂对菊粉粗提液脱色、脱蛋白效果最好。结果表明:最佳脱色、脱蛋白条件为树脂m(D280)∶m(D151)=2∶1,p H为6.5,流速为3.19m L/min,在此条件下树脂纯化菊粉粗提液的最大体积为28.3m L/(g树脂),粗提液的脱色率、脱蛋白率、菊粉保留率分别为90.1%、88.9%、96.8%。 

     

    Abstract: Decolorization and deprotein of inulin crude extract was studied by the method of resin. The results showed two kinds of ion exchange resin( D280 and D151) constituting series resin for crude extract inulin decolorizating were the best through static and dynamic screening test. The best decoloration and deprotein condition were the two resins m( D280) ∶ m( D151) = 2 ∶1,p H6.5,the flow rate 3.19 m L / min. Under these conditions,purification inulin crude extract maximum volume of 28.3m L /( g resin),crude extract of the decolorization rate,the rate of removal of protein,inulin retention rate were 90.1%,88.9% and 96.8%.
