乙烯的信号分子作用及其在采后果蔬生理代谢调控的研究进展

Research progress in the role of ethylene as signal molecule and regulation of physiological metabolism in postharvest fruits and vegetables

  • 摘要: 乙烯是植物体内重要的内源激素,调节植物的代谢,影响采后果蔬贮藏期间的生理活动及营养品质,同时乙烯作为一种信号分子,参与调控果蔬的成熟衰老、诱导防御基因的表达,介导植物的病伤害反应及抗性的形成。在果蔬采后果实成熟、叶片衰老以及抵抗逆境胁迫等过程中发挥了重要的作用。本文综述了乙烯的信号分子作用以及对采后果蔬贮藏生理活动、抗逆性的影响,讨论乙烯在采后果蔬贮藏过程中对其生理代谢的调控作用,为采后果蔬的贮藏保鲜提供依据。 

     

    Abstract: Ethylene is an important endogenous hormone in plant. It can regulate metabolism and affect physiological activities and nutritional quality of postharvest fruits and vegetables during storage.At the same time,ethylene as a signal molecule can regulate ripening and senescence of fruits and vegetables,induce the expression of defense genes,mediate disease reaction and the formation of plant resistance. In general,ethylene plays an important role in fruit ripening,leaf senescence and resistance to adversity stress of postharvest fruits and vegetables.This paper reviewed the role of ethylene as a signal molecular and its influence on physiological activities and resistance,also discussed regulation function of ethylene on physiological metabolism of postharvest fruits and vegetables,with a purpose to provide the theoretical basis for postharvest of fruit and vegetable preservation and fresh storage.
