水产品中孔雀石绿及其代谢产物残留检测方法研究进展

Research progress in detection methods of malachite green and its metabolites residues in aquatic products

  • 摘要: 孔雀石绿(MG)是一种禁止用于水产养殖的三苯甲烷类药物。该药物杀菌效果好但具有"三致"危害,残留在水产品中会损害人体健康。本文综述了水产品中孔雀石绿及其代谢产物残留的检测方法的研究进展,可以为新方法的建立或采用提供参考。 

     

    Abstract: Malachite green( MG) belongs to Triphenylmethane,which has been banned in aquiculture.It is a broadspectrum fungicide,but the residues of MG and its metabolites in aquatic products are very harmful to human health because of their carcinogenesis,mutagenesis and teratogenecity. In this article,the recent detecting methods development of MG and its metabolites residues in aquatic products were summarized,which provided the reference for the establishment and use of new method.
