花生多肽饮品抗氧化和缓解体力疲劳作用

Anti-oxidation and anti-fatigue effects of a peanut peptide beverage

  • 摘要: 研究了花生多肽饮品抗氧化和缓解体力疲劳作用及其缓解体力疲劳和抗氧化之间的关系。以花生多肽和其他活性物质为主要功效成分研制营养均衡型花生多肽饮品,设三个剂量组和对照组进行动物实验,研究其缓解体力疲劳作用及对抗氧化指标的影响。结果表明,与对照组小鼠相比,高剂量组与中剂量组SOD含量升高并具有显著性差异(p<0.05),高剂量组和中剂量组MDA含量降低并具有显著性差异(p<0.05),各剂量组小鼠负重游泳时间明显增加(p<0.05),肝糖原含量显著提高(p<0.05),全血乳酸和血清尿素氮显著降低(p<0.05)。表明花生多肽饮品具有抗氧化和缓解体力疲劳的作用,其缓解体力疲劳作用与体内SOD水平相关。 

     

    Abstract: The anti-oxidation and anti-fatigue effects and their correlation of a peanut peptide beverage were investigated. A nutritionally balanced peanut peptide beverage was prepared using peanut peptide and other active substances as main active ingredients,an animal experiment consisting of three treatment groups and one control group was conducted to investigate anti-fatigue function and its effect on anti-oxidation indexes of the beverage. The results showed that compared with the control group,SOD contents of mice in the mediumand high-dose groups were significantly higher( p <0.05), MDA contents in the medium- and high-dose groups were significantly lower(p<0.05),the load swimming time and hepatic glycogen of all three treatment groups were significantly increased(p<0.05),while the whole blood lactic acid content and blood serum urea nitrogen significantly decreased(p<0.05). It could be concluded that the peanut peptide beverage had antifatigue function and anti-oxidation effect,and its anti-fatigue function was correlated to the SOD contents.
