抗疲劳肽的研究进展

The research progress of anti-fatigue peptides

  • 摘要: 抗疲劳肽是一种生物活性肽,具有缓解疲劳和增加体能的作用。近年来随着生物活性肽功能的开发和社会需求的增加,抗疲劳肽的研究受到了广泛的重视。文章对目前国内外抗疲劳肽的作用机理、制备方法、功能评价指标和研究现状进行综述,并简要介绍其发展前景以及存在问题,以期为抗疲劳肽的进一步研究提供参考。 

     

    Abstract: Anti-fatigue peptides was a kind of bioactive peptides,which had an effect of relieving fatigue and increasing human energy. In recent years,with the development of functions of bioactive peptides and the increase in social demand,the research of anti-fatigue peptides received widespread attention. The current literature,at home and abroad,relating to anti-fatigue mechanism,preparation methods,determination methods,the research status were summarized and its direction of future development and problems existed were simply introduced. The aim was to provide some references for further research on anti-fatigue peptides.
