枇杷花和油菜花蜂粮中微生物的分离与鉴定

Isolation and identification of microbe in loquat flower and rape flower bee bread

  • 摘要: 以重庆云阳枇杷花和油菜花蜂粮为研究对象,对其发酵过程中的菌种探究。分离蜂粮发酵过程中的微生物,并通过形态学、生理生化鉴定、26S r DNA序列同源性分析和构建系统进化树的方法对分离菌株进行了生物学鉴定,确定其种属。枇杷花中分离的酵母菌菌株与Zygosaccharomyces rouxii strain(KC146358.1)高度同源,确定该菌株为鲁氏酵母Zygosaccharomyces rouxii。并利用形态学及生理生化鉴定方法对枇杷花蜂粮及油菜花蜂粮中的细菌进行分离鉴定,枇杷花蜂粮中分离出5株菌株,其中MRS2、MC1、LB1这3株鉴定为乳酸球菌属Lactococcus lactis subsp.1actis,另外2株MRS1、LB2为肠球菌属Enterococcus durans。油菜花蜂粮中分离出7株菌株,经鉴定其为乳酸杆菌属Lactobacillus,其中菌株MRS3、MC2、LB3、LB4为植物乳杆菌Lactobacillus plantarum;菌株MRS4、MRS5、LB5为鼠李糖乳杆菌Lactobcacillus rhamnosus。这些菌种的分离为云阳地区的蜂粮微生物研究提供了科学内容,为蜂粮产品的开发提供了可供选择的菌株。 

     

    Abstract: With the methods of morphology,physiology and biochemistry,26 S r DNA sequence homology analysis and phylogenetic tree,strains from Chongqing Yunyang loquat flower and rape flower bee bread were identified.The results showed that: yeast strains separated from the loquat flower bee bread had high homogeneity with Zygosaccharomyces rouxii strain( KC146358.1),which were determined to be Zygosaccharomyces rouxii. Through morphological and physiological identification,three of the five strains separated from the bee bread of loquat flower were identified as Lactococcus lactis subsp.1actis,which were named MRS2,MC1,and LB1 and the other 2strains were Enterococcus durans named MRS1 and LB2.In the same way,four of the seven strains separated from the bee bread of rape flower were identified as Lactobacillus plantarum,which named MRS3,MC2,LB3 and LB4.The other three strains were Lactobacillus rhamnosus named MRS4,MRS5 and LB5.The separation of these strains of provided scientific content for the research of bee bread microbial in Yunyang area and provides a choice of strains for the development of bee bread products.
