普洱茶鉴别技术的研究进展

Research progress in identification method of Pu- erh tea

  • 摘要: 本文列举傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)、近红外光谱技术(NIRS)、核磁谱(NMR)、反向高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)、拉曼光谱(Raman)、表面解吸常压化学电离-质谱法(SDAPCI-MS)、原子吸收光谱法(AAS)、同时蒸馏萃取法(SDE)和气质联用(GC/MS)、电子舌(ET)等鉴定手段在普洱茶鉴定方面的应用,综述不同年代、产地普洱茶有效物质的含量变化,以及普洱茶与其他茶类中有效物质的含量关系,为将来普洱茶的鉴别工作奠定基础。 

     

    Abstract: Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy( FTIR),Near infrared spectroscopy( NIRS),Nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy( NMR),Reverse phase- high pressure liquid chromatograph( RP- HPLC),Raman spectroscopy( Raman) Surface desorption atmospheric pressure chemical ionization source- mass spectrometry( SDAPCI- MS),Atomic absorption spectrometry( AAS),Simultaneous distillation extraction( SDE),Gas chromatograph- mass spectrometry( GC- MS),Electronic tongue( ET) and other identification methods of tea were cited in this text.The changes in the active substance content of different years and different regions of tea were demonstrated in this paper. The different effective substances between pu- erh tea and other tea were also expounded to readers,which would lay the foundation for identifications of Pu- erh tea.
