食源性大肠杆菌快速检测技术研究进展

Research progress in rapid detection for foodborne Escherichia coli

  • 摘要: 大肠杆菌又称大肠埃希氏菌(Escherichia coli),其中有少数血清型可引起食源性疾病,对人类生命健康产生很大危害。因此,研究快速、灵敏、特异的食源性大肠杆菌检测方法对有效保障食品安全有着重要意义。本文对食源性大肠杆菌快速检测技术的研究进展进行了综述。 

     

    Abstract: Escherichia coli is known as E.coli.A few serotypes of E.coli can cause foodborne diseases.It's harmful to human health. Therefore,it 's significant for establishing the rapid,sensitive and specific detection method of foodborne E.coli to guarantee the food safety. In this paper,the research development of rapid detection technologies on foodborne E.coli in food was summarized.
