动物源胆固醇的生理功效及其开发应用的研究进展

Research progress in the physiological functions and application of cholesterol from animals

  • 摘要: 胆固醇广泛存在动物体内,对维持机体的正常生理功能具有重要的意义。本文对动物源胆固醇的含量、生理功效、提取方法及应用前景进行了综述,为动物源胆固醇的进一步开发利用提供有力的理论指导。 

     

    Abstract: Cholesterol is widespread in animals,it has important significance to maintain the animals ' normal physiological function. In this paper,the cholesterol content,physiological effects,extraction methods and application prospects were reviewed to provide a strong theoretical guidance for the further development and utilization of cholesterol from animals.
