平菇多糖提取分离纯化及生物活性的研究进展

Research progress in extraction,separation,purification and bioactivity of Pleurotus ostreatus polysaccharides

  • 摘要: 平菇多糖是平菇的主要活性成分之一,由于其具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤及免疫调节等功能,在食品研究领域倍受青睐。文章综述国内外最近二十年来关于平菇多糖提取、分离纯化、结构及生物活性的研究进展,提出目前平菇多糖研究中存在的不足,为进一步的研究指明方向。 

     

    Abstract: As one of the main active ingredient of Pleurotus ostreatus,Pleurotus ostreatus polysaccharides were acclaimed in food research field owing to its antioxidation,antitumor and immunomodulatory functions. This paper reviewed the research progress of the extraction,purification,structure and biological activity of Pleurotus ostreatus polysaccharides at home and abroad in the last 20 years,and then proposed the problems encountered during the investigations of Pleurotus ostreatus polysaccharides,which would provide a useful guidance for the future studies.
