响应面分析法优化组培金线莲多糖提取工艺研究

Optimization of extraction technique of polysaccharides from tissue culture anoectochilus by response surface methodology

  • 摘要: 利用响应面法对组培金线莲多糖提取过程中的醇沉工艺进行优化。在单因素实验基础上选取实验因素与水平,根据中心组合(Box-Benhnken)实验设计原理采用三因素三水平的响应面分析法,以组培金线莲多糖提取率为响应值进行响应面实验。得出组培金线莲多糖提取过程中醇沉的最佳工艺条件为:乙醇与水浸提液的比例(液料比)3∶1(m L/m L)、沉淀时间3.1h,、离心时间15.0min,组培金线莲多糖的提取率可达到3.992%。 

     

    Abstract: Based on single factor tests,the optimum alcohol precipition conditons during the extraction process of polysaccharides from tissue culture Anoectochilus were obtained through Box-Benhnken central combination design and RSM. The results showed that the optimum alcohol precipition conditons during the extraction process of polysaccharides were as follows :ratio of ethanol to material 3∶1(m L/m L),precipitation time 3.1h,centrifugal time 15.0min. Under such conditions,the extraction rate of polysaccharides from tissue culture Anoectochilus was up to 3.992%.
