食物中植物甾醇生理活性及药理作用研究进展

The bioactivities of the phytosterols in foods and their pharmacological actions

  • 摘要: 甾醇是人与动、植物细胞膜的重要组成成分,植物甾醇对维护健康和预防慢性病起着非常重要的作用。本文结合甾醇化学结构的差异,分析植物甾醇对人体的生理活性,介绍我国居民常见植物性食物中的主要植物甾醇,重点概述近年来植物甾醇药理作用的研究进展,以促进人们形成良好的膳食习惯。 

     

    Abstract: Sterols are an essential component of cell membrane of both the animal and plant cell. Phytosterols in plant food play a significant role in the maintenance of healthy and the prevention of chronic diseases. In this paper,the relationship between chemical structures and bioactivitie is summarized. Phytosterol contents in Chinese plant food are introduced and their pharmacological actions are mainly expounded so as to guide the promotion of people to form a good dietary habits.
