食源性致病菌分子生物学检测中菌体分离富集与DNA提取技术研究进展

Research progress in separation,enrichment and DNA extraction of foodborne pathogens based on molecular biological technology

  • 摘要: 食源性致病菌DNA的数量及纯度严重影响后续分子生物学检测的准确性和灵敏性,因此随着分子生物学技术在食源性致病菌检测中的应用日渐广泛,细菌的分离、富集和DNA提取方法成为研究热点之一。本文综述了食源性致病菌的分离、富集和DNA提取的多种方法,以便研究开发更加快速、灵敏的分子生物学检测技术。 

     

    Abstract: The quantity and purity of foodborne pathogens' DNA affect the accuracy and sensitivity of molecular biological technology seriously.The separation,enrichment and DNA extraction of bacteria in detecting foodborne pathogens become research hotspot with the application of molecular biological technology. In this paper,the separation,enrichment and DNA extraction of foodborne pathogens are summarized to development more rapid and sensitive molecular biological technology.
