太和香椿水提物对秀丽隐杆线虫生物学特征的影响及清除自由基作用的研究

Effects of Taihe Cedar aqueous extract on C.Elegans bigoloical characteristics and scavenging free radicals

  • 摘要: 目的:探讨太和香椿水提物对秀丽隐杆线虫生物学特征的影响,并研究水提物清除线虫体内自由基的作用。方法:用太和香椿水提物配制三种不同浓度的NGM培养基,检测每组线虫体长,寿命,体内氧自由基含量以及一分钟活动次数,分析太和香椿水提物对线虫生物学特征及抗氧化作用的影响。结果:浓度为0.5 mg/m L香椿水提物的实验组中线虫的平均体长、寿命、一分钟活动次数和体内氧自由基的含量与空白对照组相比,差异均极显著(p<0.01);表明该浓度下太和香椿水提物能够促进线虫的生长,并具有明显的清除自由基作用。 

     

    Abstract: Objective: To study the influence of Taihe Cedar aqueous extract on Caenorhabditis elegans( C.Elegans)biological characteristics and the scavenging free radicals ability in the body of the water extract clear nematodes.Methods: The length,life span,activity and content of oxygen free radicals of nematodes which cutlured by NGM culture medium with three different concentration of the Taihe cedar aqueous extract were measured to investigated the effect of Taihe Cedar aqueous extract on the biological characteristics and the antioxidant ability of nematodes.Results: Compared with control,significant differences were observed on the average length,longevity,activity times per minute and the content of oxygen free radicals of nematodes cultured with concentration of0.5 mg/m L cedar aqueous extract( p < 0.01).The experimental results showed that the concentration of Taihe Cedar water extract could promote the growth of C. Elegans,and possess obvious effect of scavenging free radicals.
