栽培土壤对“中国苦水玫瑰花”香气构成的影响

Effect of cultivated soil on aroma compounds in ‘Chinese Kushui rose petal'( R.sertata × R.rugosa)

  • 摘要: 采用顶空固相微萃取气相色谱质谱联用技术和离子色谱技术分析"中国苦水玫瑰"花瓣香气构成,探讨玫瑰香气构成与栽培土壤构成的相关性。样品花瓣中初步定性59种香气成分,OAV≥1的香气成分中香茅醇、香叶醇、苯甲醛、香茅醛为实验样品共有,α-蒎烯在上新沟和大同样品中OAV≥1;橙花醇在大同和红城样品中OAV≥1、辛酸乙酯仅在大同样品中OAV≥1;乙酸香茅酯仅在红城样品中OAV≥1。定量分析了栽培土壤的9种构成组分,其中上新沟样品的Mg2+、全氮和速效钾含量最高;大同样品的Ca2+含量最高;红城样品的Na+、Cl-、SO2-、HCO3+和有效磷含量显著高于(p<0.05)上新沟和大同样品。相关性分析显示样品香气总释放量与栽培土壤的Cl-、HCO3+和有效磷呈正相关,与速效钾呈负相关;香气成分香茅醇和香叶醇与Mg2+、全氮和速效钾呈正相关,橙花醇和香茅醛与其呈负相关,Mg+与香茅醛的相关性显著;辛酸乙酯与Ca2+呈正相关,而香茅醇和苯甲醛与其呈负相关;香茅醇和苯甲醛与SO42-和有效磷呈正相关,辛酸乙酯与其呈负相关;苯甲醛与Na+和Cl-呈正相关性,α-蒎烯与其呈负相关。 

     

    Abstract: The aroma components of‘Chinese Kushui rose petal'were analysed by headspace solid phase micro extraction and gas chromatography mass spectrometry( HS- SPME- GC / MS),and cultivated soil samples were analysed by Ion chromatography,and the correlation was discussed about aroma compounds in the petal and components of cultivated soil. The results showed that 59 compounds were primarily identified in sample petals.Citronellol,geraniol,benzaldehyde,citronellal were common components( OAV≥1) in the samples,α- pinene was components( OAV ≥ 1) in Shangxingou and Datong samples,nerol was components( OAV ≥ 1) in Datong and Hongchen samples,octanoic acid ethyl ester was components( OAV≥1) in Datong samples,and citronella acetate was components( OAV ≥ 1) in Hongchen samples. 9 components of cultivated soil were quantified,Mg2+,total nitrogen and available potassium content were the highest in Shangxingou samples,Ca2+ content was the highest in Datong samples,Na+,Cl-,SO42-,HCO3- and phosphorus cont ent were significantly( p < 0.05) higher in Hongchen samples than they were in Shangxingou and Datong samples. Correlation analysis showed that the amount of total rose aroma had positive correlation with content of Cl-,HCO3- and phosphorus of cultivated soil,and amount of total rose aroma had negative correlation with content of available potassium.Citronellol and geraniol had positive correlation with content of Mg2+,total nitrogen and available potassium,while geraniol and citronellol had negative correlation with content of Mg2+,total nitrogen and available potassium,and the correlation of Mg+and Citronellal was significantly.Octanoic acid ethyl ester had positive correlation with content of Ca2+,but geraniol and benzaldehyde had negative correlation with content of Ca2+. Geraniol and benzaldehyde had positive correlation with content of SO42- and phosphorus,while octanoic acid ethyl ester had negative correlation withcontent of SO42-and phosphorus. Benzaldehyde had positive correlation with content of Na+and Cl-,whileα- pinene had negative correlation with content of Na+ and Cl-.
