超声-微波回流提取新疆管花肉苁蓉苯乙醇苷的工艺研究

Ultrasonic microwave extraction technology of Xinjiang phenylethanoid glycosides from Cistanche tubulosa

  • 摘要: 管花肉苁蓉是新疆特有药物资源。为了使其充分利用,在单因素研究基础上,通过响应面法优化超声-微波回流提取管花肉苁蓉中苯乙醇苷工艺。结果表明:在超声频率40 k Hz,超声功率为50 W,提取时间15 min时由二次回归模型获得最优工艺条件为提取丙酮体积分数50%,液料比14∶1(m L·g-1),微波功率100 W,理论得率为49.87%,验证实验得49.2%,与理论值接近。通过红外光谱分析可知超声-微波提取的是管花肉苁蓉苯乙醇苷类物质。 

     

    Abstract: Cistanche tubulosa is endemic to Xinjiang.In order to make full use of its resources,on the basis of single factor tests,the ultrasonic microwave extraction technology of phenylethanoid glycosides from Cistanche tubulosa was studied through the response surface optimization method.And the characteristics was analyzed by the fourier infrared spectrum.The results showed that the ultrasonic frequency 40 k Hz,the ultrasonic power was 50 W,the extraction time was 15 min. The optimum extraction conditions by quadratic regression model were as follows extraction concentration 50%,ratio of liquid- solid 14 ∶ 1( m L·g-1),extraction microwave power 100 W. The theoretical value of phenylethanoid glycosides yield was 49.87%,under this condition the verification value was49.2%,which was closed to the theoretical value.Infrared spectrum analysis results showed that ultrasonic microwave extraction was Cistanche tubulosa phenylethanoid glycosides compounds.
