Progress in collagen peptide and its applications

  • 摘要: 近年来,我国的胶原肽产业得到了跨越式发展。胶原肽来源于动物胶原,有着独特的性质和广泛的用途。胶原肽常被制成保健品,在保健食品和化妆品领域有着良好的应用前景。本文就胶原肽的基本组成、性质、功能性、产业发展前景做一综述,希望对胶原肽的研究有所裨益。 

     

    Abstract: In recent years,the collagen peptide industry in our country develops rapidly.Collagen peptide is derived from collagen and widely used for its unique properties.Collagen peptide is usually sold as health product,and it will have good prospect of application in health- care food and cosmetics industry. In this paper,the basic component,properties,biological activities and applications of collagen and collagen peptide were reviewed. The paper was expected to be beneficial to the studies of collagen peptide.
