食源性致病菌快速检测的前增菌培养的研究进展

Research progress in the pre- enrichment of rapid detection of foodborne pathogenic bacteria

  • 摘要: 近年来,由食源性致病菌污染食物导致中毒或死亡事件在全球频发,严重危害人类健康,食源性微生物引起的疾病已成为危害人类健康的头号杀手。目前,食源性致病菌快速检测技术研究已成为国际学者关注的热点,研究的焦点主要集中在快速检测技术。但是,在快速检测中,尤其是分子生物学检测技术需要增菌过程,如何缩短前增菌时间和提高增菌效果,是快速检测研发解决的难题。本文对沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、单增李斯特菌、副溶血性弧菌和志贺氏菌的爆发案例进行了简述,重点综述了前四种菌的前增菌的研究现状,以便了解到现有的快速检测的前增菌培养的研究情况,在更短时间检测出食源性致病菌。 

     

    Abstract: In recent years,the food poisoning and deaths caused by food- borne pathogens have frequently occurred in the world,serious harm to human health,food- borne microorganisms have become the No.1 killer of human health.At present,the research on the technology of food- borne pathogenic bacteria detection has become a hot spot for international scholars,and the focus of the research is on rapid detection technology.However,in the rapid detection,especially molecular biology techniques,pre- enrichment process is required,how to shorten the pre- enrichment time and improve the enrichment effect is a problem to solve that in the development of rapid detection. In this paper,outbreaks of Salmonella,Staphylococcus aureus,Listeria monocytogenes,Vibrio parahaemolyticus and Shigella are discussed and focused on the status of the pre- enrichment of first four bacteria,in order to acquaintance the existing of pre- enrichment of rapid detection and achieve a shorter time to detect foodborne pathogens.
