响应面法优化卡拉胶-刺槐豆胶软胶囊胶皮的制备工艺

Optimization of preparation of carrageenan- locust bean gum soft capsule rubber based on response surface methodology

  • 摘要: 以卡拉胶-刺槐豆胶复配胶软胶囊胶皮为研究对象,用胶皮的水蒸气透过率、透油率和拉伸强度作为衡量指标,在单因素实验基础上,利用Box-Benhnken中心组合设计原理和响应面分析法,研究各自变量及其交互作用对响应值的影响,模拟得到二次多项式回归方程的预测模型,确定最佳复配胶(卡拉胶∶刺槐豆胶=7∶3)含量2.95%,增塑剂(甘油)含量1.54%,干燥时间4.3 h。在此条件下,水蒸气透过率、透油率、拉伸强度分别为0.4821 g·mm/m2·h·KPa、0.0228 g·mm/m2·d、38.01 MPa,接近理论预测值,说明通过响应面优化后得出的回归方程具有一定的实际指导意义。 

     

    Abstract: The complex rubber of the carrageenan / locust bean gum soft capsule was taken as the research objective and the water vapor permeation,permeation of oil,tensile strength of the rubbber was taken as the measurement indexes.On the basis of single factor experiments,Box- Benhnken central composite design principle and response surface analysis were made use of to study the influence of each variable and their interaction on the response value,simulate quadratic polynomial regression equation of prediction model. The optimum complex gum( carrageenan∶ locust bean gum = 7∶ 3) content was 2.95%,plasticizer( glycerol) content was 1.54%,drying time 4.3 h was determined.Under this condition,the water vapor permeation,permeation of oil,tensile strength were 0.4821 g·mm / m2·h·KPa,0.0228 g·mm/m2·d,38.01 MPa,all closing to theoretical predicted values.It was indicated that the regression equation after response surface optimization had a certain practical significance.
