富锌牡蛎粉对小鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用

Protection of zinc- rich oyster powder against alcohol- induced liver injury in mice

  • 摘要: 研究富锌牡蛎粉对小鼠酒精肝损伤的保护作用。实验各组小鼠灌胃相应实验样品,检测小鼠血清中天门冬氨酸转氨酶(Aspartate transaminase,AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(Alanine aminotransferase,ALT)和谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)活性,肝组织匀浆液中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Glutathione peroxidase,GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)和过氧化氢酶(Hydrogen Peroxidase,CAT)的活性及丙二醛(Malondialdehyde,MDA)的含量,并观察肝组织在光镜下病理变化。结果表明富锌牡蛎粉可以显著降低酒精致肝损伤小鼠血清中AST、ALT和GGT的活性(p<0.05),增强小鼠肝组织匀浆液中GSH-Px、SOD和CAT活性(p<0.05),显著降低MDA含量(p<0.05),并明显改善乙醇导致的肝脏组织病理学变化。以上结果表明,富锌牡蛎粉对酒精致小鼠肝损伤具有一定的保护作用,可能与其增强机体抗氧化能力和抑制脂质氧化有关。 

     

    Abstract: The protective effects of zinc- rich oyster powder( ZROP) against alcohol- induced liver damage in mice were investigated.ICR mice were orally fed with detected samples.The activities of aspartate transaminase( AST),alanine aminotransferase( ALT),and galactosyl glucosyltransferase( GGT) in serum and glutathione peroxidase( GSH-Px),superoxide dismutase( SOD) and hydrogen peroxidase( CAT) in liver were detected. The content of Malondialdehyde( MDA) in liver was also measured. The liver tissue pathological change was also observed. The results showed that ZROP could significantly decrease the activities of AST,ALT,and GGT in serum( p < 0.05) and increase the activities of GSH- Px,SOD,and CAT in liver( p < 0.05).The content of MDA in liver was also decreased( p < 0.05).Compared with the model group the pathological change in liver of each ZROP group was significantly enhanced.The results suggest that zinc- rich oyster powder had a protective effect on alcohol- induced liver injury in mice.
