食源性植物糖蛋白研究进展

Progress of research on glycoprotein from edible plant

  • 摘要: 糖蛋白是寡糖链与多肽以多种形式共价相连且具有生物活性的物质,天然糖蛋白具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤和提高免疫力等多种生理活性。本文对食源性植物糖蛋白的提取、纯化、结构鉴定以及功能活性等研究现状进行综述,同时对食源性植物糖蛋白的未来研究进行了展望与分析,旨在为食源性植物糖蛋白的基础研究及综合应用提供参考。 

     

    Abstract: Glycoprotein is any of a class of proteins which have a carbohydrate group attached to the polypeptide chain,composed of relatively small number of monosaccharide units and a compound consisting of two or more peptides linked through a variety of covalent forms,natural glycoprotein generally has special physiological activities,such as anti- oxidation,anti- tumor,enhance immunity.In the current plant glycoprotein research pro-gram,the research progress was reviewed. The prospect of plant glycoprotein was addressed,aimed to the comprehensive development of the edible plant glycoprotein.
