枸杞子残渣中多糖的提取工艺研究

  • 摘要: 以煎煮法提取枸杞子残渣中的枸杞多糖,以提取次数、提取时间和料液比三个因素为考察因素,以枸杞多糖得率为评价指标,在单因素实验基础上采用正交实验优选枸杞多糖提取工艺。优化的枸杞多糖的提取条件如下:水煎煮提取3次,每次提取40 min,料液比为1∶40(g/m L),此条件下的枸杞多糖平均得率为10.65%。正交实验对枸杞子残渣中的枸杞多糖的提取条件优化合理可行,为提高枸杞多糖的得率提供了理论依据。 

     

    Abstract: The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of extraction times, extraction time and solid to liquid ration on the extraction rate of crude polysaccharides from Lycium barbarum residue ( PLB) . An orthogonal test was used to confirm the optimal extractive parameters based on the single factor experiments. The results of the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: number of extraction of 3 times, extraction-duration of 40 min every time, water to raw material ratio at 1∶ 40 ( g/m L) .The average extraction rate for the polysaccharide was 10.65%.The optimization of PLB was reasonable and feasible.The results provide the theoretical base for improvement of PLB extraction rate.
