红枣色素对小鼠急性毒性作用研究

  • 摘要: 为了探究红枣色素对小鼠的急性毒性作用,采用霍恩氏急性毒性实验方法,以小鼠中毒表现、死亡率、体重增长、脏体比、肝脏谷丙转氨酶活性(ALT)、谷草转氨酶活性(AST)和血清尿素氮(BUN)、肌酐(CRE)含量为指标,进行红枣色素对小鼠急性毒性实验研究。结果表明:红枣色素对小鼠的经口急性LD50>10.00 g/kg·BW,存活小鼠活动正常,体重增长未减缓;部分脏体比与对照组相比有显著性差异(p<0.05),但无剂量-反应关系;肝脏ALT、AST水平和血清BUN、CRE含量与对照组相比均无显著性差异(p>0.05)。证实红枣色素属实际无毒级物质,未见体重增长减缓和肝肾功能损害,可初步判断其具有食用安全性。 

     

    Abstract: To explore the acute toxicity of jujube pigment in mice, the acute toxicity of jujube pigment was studied under Horn method by measuring toxic manifestations, mortality, weight gain, organ ratio, the activity of liver alanine aminotransferase ( ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase ( AST) , the content of blood urea nitrogen ( BUN) and creatinine ( CRE) . The results showed that the oral acute LD50 of jujube pigment was greater than 10.00 g/kg BW, the activities of surviving mice were normal, and weight gain did not decrease.There was significant difference in some ratio of organs with the control group, but there was no dose-response relationship.And compared with the control group, there was no significant difference in the activity of liver ALT, AST and the content of BUN, CRE.It confirm that jujube pigment is actually non-toxic grade material, and the research can not find out the decrease in weight gain and the damage to liver and kidney function. It is initial judged that the jujube pigment can be edible safety.
