阿拉伯聚糖结构及活性研究进展

Research of structure and activity of Arabinans

  • 摘要: 阿拉伯聚糖主要是由阿拉伯糖单元组成的低聚物,在植物的种子、果实、叶子、茎秆、根部的细胞壁中广泛存在,但不同来源的阿拉伯聚糖,结构差异性较大。阿拉伯聚糖具有改善肠道微生态及有益菌、增强机体免疫力等活性,可用于生产功能性产品。本文介绍了阿拉伯聚糖的结构及主要生物活性方面的国内外研究进展,并对其研究开发进行展望。 

     

    Abstract: Arabinans are mainly composed of arabinose units, which are widely found in the cell wall of plants seeds, fruits, leaves, stems and roots.However, the structure differences of arabinans from different sources huge.Arabinans show the activity of improving the intestinal microecosystem and beneficial bacterium and enhancing the immunity of the organism, so they can be used as functional food ingredients.This review introduces the research of structure and activity of arabinans.Meanwhile, the future research development is forecasted.
