复合菌-荔枝多酚对小鼠抗腹泻效果及抗氧化性的影响

The effect of compound probiotics-litchi polyphenol on antidiarrhea and antioxidation of mice

  • 摘要: 为研究复合菌-荔枝多酚对小鼠抗腹泻效果、生长性能及抗氧化的影响,选用96只体重为1822 g的SPF级昆明小鼠,随机分为8个处理组:正常组、模型组、阳性对照组、嗜酸乳杆菌组(Lactobacillus acidophilus)、丁酸梭菌组(Clostridium butyricum)、荔枝多酚组、复合菌组(Lactobacillus acidophilus和Clostridium butyricum)、复合菌-荔枝多酚组,实验周期为14 d。于实验第114 d分别进行预防性及治疗性给药(除正常组和模型组),定期测所有小鼠体重和采食量,实验第10 d利用蓖麻油灌胃法制备小鼠腹泻模型观察腹泻指标,实验第14 d,对各组小鼠血清的SOD和GSH-Px及CAT进行测定。结果表明:造模当天,模型组的体重变化最明显,腹泻最严重,复合菌-荔枝多酚组抑制小鼠的腹泻效果最好;抗氧化指标显示,复合菌组和荔枝多酚组SOD、GSH-Px及CAT含量均显著高于模型组(p<0.05),而复合菌-荔枝多酚组GSH-Px及CAT含量显著高于模型组(p<0.05)。本研究表明,对小鼠蓖麻油腹泻模型,复合菌-荔枝多酚表现出明显的抗腹泻和抗氧化效果。 

     

    Abstract: Ninety-six SPF Kunming mice with 18 ~ 22 g body weight were randomly divided into 8 groups to investigate the effect of compound probiotics-litchi polyphenol on antidiarrhea, growth performance and antioxidation of mice. Health group, model group, positive control group, Lactobacillus acidophilus group, Clostridium butyricum group, litchi polyphenol group, compound probiotics ( Lactobacillus acidophilus and Clostridium butyricum) group, compound probiotics-litchi polyphenol group were included in present study.From the 1th to 14 th day of the experimental period, the mice were administered for prevention and therapy purpose except for health group and model group, all weight and feed intake were measured regularly.At the 10 th day, the diarrhea model in mice was prepared by intragastrical administration of castor oil.At the 14 th day, the serum SOD, GSH-Px and CAT were assessed.Results showed that, weight change and diarrhea of model group were most obvious at the10 th day. The diarrhea inhibition effect of compound probiotics-litchi polyphenol group was best. Antioxidant indexes suggest that compound probiotics group and litchi polyphenol group were significantly higher than that of model group on SOD, GSH-Px and CAT ( p < 0.05) , compound probiotics-litchi polyphenol with the model group had higher difference on GSH-Px and CAT ( p < 0.05) .It is demonstrated that the compound probiotics-litchi polyphenol have obvious antidiarrhea and antioxidant effect in the castor oil diarrhea mice model.
