响应面优化超声辅助提取牛鼻栓枝皮多糖工艺

Optimization of ultrasonic-assisted technology for polysaccharides extraction from the bark of Fortunearia sinensis branches by response surface

  • 摘要: 以牛鼻栓枝皮为材料,采用超声波提取法优化多糖的提取工艺。在单因素实验的基础上,选取液料比、提取时间、提取温度及提取功率为影响因素,多糖提取量为响应值,结合响应面分析法确定牛鼻栓枝皮多糖的提取条件,得到最佳提取工艺为:液料比为50∶1(m L/g),提取时间为59 min,提取温度为66℃,提取功率为180 W,此条件下的多糖提取量为11.43 mg/g。与传统热提法相比,超声波提取多糖效率更高。 

     

    Abstract: Ultrasonic-assisted technology was used to optimize the extraction technique of polysaccharides from the bark of Fortunearia sinesis branches.Based on the results of single factor experiment, the impacting factors was selected including liquid to solid ratio, extraction time, extraction temperature and extraction power, and the extraction yield of polysaccharides as the response value.The extraction conditions of polysaccharides from the bark of Fortunearia sinensis branches were determined by response surface analysis. The optimum extraction conditions were as follows: liquid to solid ratio was 50 ∶ 1 ( m L/g) , the extraction time was 59 min, the extraction temperature was 66 ℃, and the extraction power was 180 W. The extraction rate of polysaccharide was 11.43 mg/g.Compared with the ultrasonic and traditional hot-water extraction method, ultrasonic extraction efficiency was higher.
