Research advances on metabolism and regulation of polymalic acid production by strains of Aureobasidium spp.

  • 摘要: 聚苹果酸是一种可完全生物降解的高分子材料,具有高度水溶性、无免疫原性等优良特性,在生物医药及生物材料领域具有广泛应用前景。文章介绍了微生物法合成聚苹果酸的代谢途径、关键酶系及其代谢调控机制,展望了聚苹果酸合成代谢的研究方向。 

     

    Abstract: Poly ( malic acid) is a fully biodegradable polymer material with advantages of high water-solubility, biodegradability and non-immunogenicity, which has wide application prospects in biomedicine and biomaterials industries.The metabolic pathway, the key enzyme systemsand the regulation metabolismin the biosynthesis of polymalic acid were summarized in this review.And the research tendency of poly-malic acid biosynthesis metabolism was also proposed.
