基于表面增强拉曼散射检测果蔬中农药残留的方法研究

Study on the methods of detection of pesticides residue in fruits and vegetables based on surface enhanced raman scattering

  • 摘要: 农药违规使用带来的危害使得农药残留检测技术不断进步,经比较不同的检测方法,发现表面增强拉曼散射技术用于农药检测极具潜力。本文从增强基底发展历程的角度阐述了表面增强拉曼散射技术的发展,并详述了该技术在果蔬中农药残留检测方法的研究状况,比较并总结了不同检测方法的特点,最后对表面增强拉曼散射技术在果蔬中农药残留检测的发展前景和发展方向做出了阐述。 

     

    Abstract: The harm caused by the illegal use of pesticides makes the technology of pesticides residue detection progress continuously.With comparison of different detection methods, it is found that surface enhanced raman scattering technology ( SERS) has great potential for pesticides detection.From the perspective of the development of active substrate was described the development of SERS, besides, the research of pesticides detection methods in fruits and vegetables with SERS was stated in detail.Characteristics of different detection methods were summarized and compared. Finally the prospect and the development direction of pesticides residue detection in fruits and vegetables with SERS were introduced.
