秀丽隐杆线虫在降脂类生物活性物质功能评价中的应用研究进展

Research progress on application of Caenorhabditis elegans in function evaluation of lipid-lowering bioactive substances

  • 摘要: 脂肪的过度沉积会引发高脂血症、心脑血管疾病和糖尿病等慢性疾病。秀丽隐杆线虫构造简单、身体透明、便于观察、发育周期短、易于人工培养且信号通路高度保守,从而使得秀丽隐杆线虫进行脂肪调控的研究成为了可能。本文介绍秀丽隐杆线虫作为研究脂肪代谢模式生物的优势,综述了近些年研究验证的具有降脂功能的生物活性物质,总结秀丽隐杆线虫体内的脂代谢以及在脂代谢方面的应用研究,为研究降脂减肥药物以及对人体肥胖等代谢障碍疾病研究提供重要依据。 

     

    Abstract: Excessive deposition of fat can cause chronic diseases such as hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and diabetes.Caenorhabditis elegans has the advantages of simple structure, transparent body, convenient observation, short development cycle, easy cultivation and the highly conserved signaling pathway, which make possible research on fat regulation of Caenorhabditis elegans. This paper introduces the advantage of Caenorhabditis elegans as a model organism for studying fat metabolism, reviews the recent studies on the bioactive substances with lipid-lowering function, and summarizes the lipid metabolism in Caenorhabditis elegans and application of Caenorhabditis elegans in lipid metabolism, which provide an important basis for the study of lipid-lowering drugs and the study of metabolic disorders such as obesity.
