ICP-MS法测定市售红薯粉条中铝和钛

Determination of aluminum and titanium in sweet potato vermicelli by ICP-MS

  • 摘要: 采用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(ICP-MS,Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry)测定红薯粉条中的铝和钛。样品经微波消解后,以钪(45Sc)为内标物,用ICP-MS同时测定铝和钛。红薯粉条中铝元素的检测浓度线性范围为0~80 ng/mL(R2=0.9993),加标回收率为82.2%~95.5%,相对标准偏差为0.7%~1.7%,检出限为0.01 mg/kg,定量限为0.03 mg/kg;钛元素的检测浓度线性范围为0~50 ng/mL(R2=1.0000),加标回收率为86.3%~93.2%,相对标准偏差为0.3%~1.3%,检出限为0.01 mg/kg,定量限为0.02 mg/kg。8 h稳定性实验中铝、钛的RSD分别为4.67%、9.12%;重复性实验中,铝、钛的RSD分别为2.04%、1.97%。该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、线性范围广、定量准确,适合测定红薯粉中的铝和钛,为科学地评价红薯粉中铝和钛含量提供数据参考。

     

    Abstract: Aluminum and titanium in sweet potato vermicelli were detected by ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry). After microwave digestion, the sample was used in the determination of aluminum and titanium, in the condition of 45Sc as the internal standard. The linear ranges of Al and Ti were 0~80 ng·mL-1 (R2=0.9993), 0~50 ng·mL-1 (R2=1.0000). The recoveries rate of aluminum and titanium were 82.2%~95.5% and 86.3%~93.2% respectively, with the relative standard deviations 0.7%~1.7% and 0.3%~1.3%. The limit of detection (LOD) and the limit of quantization (LOQ) about Al were 0.01 mg/kg and 0.03 mg/kg, respectively. The LOD and LOQ of Ti were 0.01 mg/kg and 0.02 mg/kg, respectively. In the stability experiment, the RSD of aluminum and titanium were 4.67%, 9.12% during 8 hours. In the repeatability experiments, the RSD of aluminum and titanium were 2.04%, 1.97%. This simple, high sensitivity, wide linear range and accurate method was applied to the analysis of Al and Ti elements of the sweet potato vermicelli. This could provide data reference for the scientific evaluation of Al and Ti elements contents in the sweet potato vermicelli.
