苯硼酸传感材料在糖类物质传感检测中的应用

Application of phenylboronic acid sensing materials in sensing detection of carbohydrates

  • 摘要: 糖类物质的快速分析在食品工业上具备重要的意义。苯硼酸能够特异性的识别糖类物质的顺二羟基结构,具备良好的糖类亲和特性。苯硼酸传感材料可实现复杂基质中糖类物质的快速分析。本文主要论述了近些年苯硼酸传感材料在糖类物质快速分析中的应用,重点论述了苯硼酸复合型传感材料在单糖以及糖蛋白分析检测中的应用。

     

    Abstract: The rapid analysis of carbohydrates is of great significance in food industry. Phenylboronic acid can identify the cis-dihydroxy structure of carbohydrates specifically and has good carbohydrates affinity. Phenylboronic acid sensing material can be used in rapid analysis of carbohydrates in complex matrix. This paper mainly discussed the application of phenylboronic acid sensing materials in the rapid analysis of carbohydrates, especially the development and application of phenylboronic acid composite sensing materials in the analysis and detection of monosaccharide and glycoprotein.
