植物黄酮醇的检测方法研究进展

Research progress on the detection methods of flavonols in plants

  • 摘要: 黄酮醇是一类与人体健康密切相关的生物活性因子,同时也是与植物源食品的色泽、口感和风味形成密切相关的次生代谢产物。定性定量分析对其相关产品的质量控制和安全性评价至关重要。但黄酮醇糖苷类化合物种类繁多、结构复杂,导致其检测分析十分困难。因此了解植物黄酮醇分析检测方法的研究进展,对于现有黄酮醇类化合物检测方法的完善及新型检测方法的开发具有重要意义。本文综述了国内外有关植物黄酮醇检测方法的最新研究进展,对不同检测方法的工作原理、优势和不足进行了分析,对领域现存问题进行定位并对后续研究重点进行展望,以期为植物类黄酮化合物的检测分析研究提供理论依据及技术支持。

     

    Abstract: Flavonols is a group of bioactive factors that is closely related to human health and an important kind of secondary metabolites that determines the formation of color, taste and flavor of plant derived foods. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of flavonols is of great importance to the quality control and safety evaluation of its related products. But the numerous varieties and the complex structures of flavonol glycosides in plants make its detection and analysis very difficult. Therefore, understanding the latest research progress on the detection methods of plant flavonols is of great significance to the improvement of the existing detection methods and development of new detection methods. In this paper, the latest research progress on the detection methods of plant flavonols at home and abroad was reviewed. The working mechanism, advantages and disadvantages of each detection method were analyzed. The existing problems in this research field were pointed out and the follow-up research trend were forecasted. In order to provide theoretical basis and technical support for the detection and analysis of flavonoids in plants.
