我国常见海洋神经毒素的毒性脱除消减方法研究进展

Research Progress on Toxicity Removal and Elimination Methods of Common Marine Neurotoxins in China

  • 摘要: 旨在探讨我国常见的海洋生物神经毒素的脱除方法,有效提高海洋水产品食用的安全性。本文从物理、化学和生物这三大方法综述海洋生物中含有的神经毒素在水产品中的脱除方法及消减率研究进展;分别对温度处理,暂养脱毒,臭氧、氯气、微生物降解,酶解转化等的研究成果进行了分析与总结,以期为海洋神经毒素毒性的脱除及消减研究提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to explore the removal of marine neurotoxin in our country and improve the safety of marine aquatic food consumption,it was reviewed the research progress of removal methods and abatement rates of neurotoxins contained in marine organisms in aquatic products from the three major methods of physics,chemistry and biology. The methods of temperature treatment,detoxification,ozone,chlorine,microbial degradation,solution and transformation of the research results were analyzed and summarized,to provide reference for the study of marine neurotoxin toxicity removal and reduction.
