火棘不同组织中稀土元素含量的测定

Determination of the Contents of Rare Earth Elements in Different Tissues of Pyracantha fortuneana

  • 摘要: 目的:测定火棘叶和火棘果两种组织中稀土元素含量。方法:建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定火棘果和火棘叶中Sc、Y、La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm、Eu、Gd、Tb、Dy、Ho、Er、Tm、Yb、Lu等16种稀土元素含量的方法。结果:该方法简单、快速、可靠,线性关系好,决定系数R2均高于0.9991,检出限低于0.5 μg·kg-1;精密度实验的相对标准偏差RSD在0.5%~3.2%之间;准确度实验黄芪标准物质的测定结果均在推荐值范围以内。结论:火棘叶和火棘果中均含有较高的稀土元素,火棘叶中含量(592 μg·kg-1)远远高于火棘果中含量(104 μg·kg-1)。

     

    Abstract: Purpose:Determined the contents of rare earth elements in the leaves and fruits of Pyracantha fortuneana. Method:Established the ICP-MS Analysis Sc, Y, La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb and Lu 16 kinds of rare earth elements in Pyracantha fortuneana at the same time. And compared the contents of rare earth elements in the two tissues. Results:The method was simple, fast and reliable, good linear relationship, the coefficient of determination R2 was higher than 0.9991, detection limit was less than 0.5 μg·kg-1. The relative standard deviation of the precision experiment was between 0.5%~3.2%. The results of Huangqi standard substance were all within the recommended range. Conclusion:The leaves and fruits of both had high rare earth elements. Pyracantha fortuneana, and the leaves (592 μg·kg-1) was much higher than fruits (104 μg·kg-1).
