超临界CO2萃取植物功能性油脂的研究进展

Research Progress in Supercritical CO2 Extraction of Functional Oils of Plant

  • 摘要: 相比于其它提取方法,超临界CO2萃取的油脂理化指标更好,且不饱和脂肪酸含量更高。对于复杂的多成分原料的提取,采取超临界CO2萃取和其他提取方法综合使用的策略能够更好地提高萃取率和目标产品的质量。本文对植物功能性油脂的超临界CO2萃取方法进行了归纳对比,介绍了超临界CO2萃取植物功能性油脂的原理和工艺流程,概述了萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间、CO2流量、夹带剂、原料物性等影响因素对油脂萃取率的影响,讨论了由不同萃取方法提取得到的油脂的品质,同时分析了超临界CO2萃取技术的适用范围及其应用前景。

     

    Abstract: Compared with traditional extraction methods,supercritical CO2 extraction(SCE)can bring not only better physical and chemical indexes of the obtained oils,but also higher content of unsaturated fatty acids in the obtained oils. For the extraction of complex multi-components raw materials,the comprehensive use of supercritical CO2 extraction and other extraction methods can better improve the extraction rate and the quality of the target product. Meanwhile,SCE of plant functional oils was summarized in this paper,the principle and process of SCE of plant functional oils were introduced. Effects of control factors(extraction pressure,extraction temperature,extraction time,CO2 flow,entrainer,physical properties of raw materials)of SCE on the oil extraction rate and quality of oils obtained by different methods were discussed. And the scope and prospect of supercritical CO2 extraction technology were analyzed.
