基于大米外观品质分析系统对垩白米的快速测定

Rapid Determination of Chalky Rice Based on Rice Appearance Quality Analysis System

  • 摘要: 采用自制开发的一种大米外观品质分析系统,包含整列装置、背景板、扫描设备和计算机,结合图像处理技术,对垩白米进行快速准确的识别测定。以国家标准方法对垩白米的检测为基础,优化分析系统识别检测垩白米时的最佳阈值,再应用于实际大米样品中垩白米的测定。结果表明,分析系统检测一幅大米图像平均用时为5 s,通过实验优化分析系统测定大米样品垩白特征参数的最佳阈值为0.43,在此阈值下大米外观品质分析系统与人工法测定垩白米数量绝对误差大小不超过2颗,垩白粒率绝对误差大小不超过0.32%,垩白度绝对误差大小不超过0.25%,表明可用大米外观品质分析系统代替人工法对垩白米进行检测。

     

    Abstract: Herein,a rice appearance quality analysis system was developed,which consisted of an array device,a background board,a scanner and a computer. Combined with image processing technology,chalky rice could be determined quickly and accurately on the system. The experiments were based on the national standard method for detecting chalky rice. Then analytical system instrument parameters were optimized to find the optimal threshold of chalky rice,and the actual samples were determined. Results showed that the average detection time for chalky rice was about 5 s and the optimal threshold was 0.43.The absolute error for chalky rice quantity was no more than 2 kernels,chalky rice rate was no more than 0.32% and chalkiness degree was no more than 0.25% between rice appearance quality analysis system and manual method. It indicated that rice appearance quality analysis system could replace manual method to determine chalky rice.
