植物活性成分调节胰岛素分泌机制研究进展

Research Progress on the Regulation Mechanisms of Insulin Secretion by Plant Active Ingredients

  • 摘要: 胰腺分泌胰岛素功能障碍是糖尿病重要的病理生理基础,近年来的研究结果表明从植物中提取的活性成分具有调节机体胰岛素分泌的功效,这些活性成分主要包括多糖类、黄酮类、萜类、多酚类、生物碱等。与目前用于临床的口服促胰岛素分泌的降糖药物相比,调控胰岛素分泌的植物活性成分具有毒性低、副作用小的特点,因此,对其降糖功效的研究以及产品开发已引起国内外的广泛关注。本文对近年来天然植物活性成分调节胰岛素分泌的研究模型和作用机制进行综述,以期为天然降血糖产品的开发提供科学参考。

     

    Abstract: The dysfunction of pancreatic insulin secretion is an important pathophysiological basis of diabetes mellitus and the active ingredients extracted from plants have the ability to regulate insulin secretion in the body. These active ingredients mainly include polysaccharides, flavonoids, terpenes, polyphenols, alkaloids and so on. Compared with oral hypoglycemic drugs on insulin secretion, the plant active ingredients regulating insulin secretion has the characteristics of low toxicity and small side effects, which arouses an extensive attention to their hypoglycemic research and development at home and abroad. This paper reviews the research models and regulation mechanisms of insulin secretion by natural plant active ingredients in recent years, which aims to provide scientific reference for the development of nature glucose-lowering products.
