UPLC-Q/Orbitrap HRMS测定白酒中氨基甲酸乙酯含量的不确定度分析

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Determination of Ethyl Carbamate Residues in Chinese Baijiu by UPLC-Q/Orbitrap HRMS

  • 摘要: 本研究结合超高效液相色谱-四级杆/静电场轨道阱高分辨质谱(UPLC-Q/Orbitrap HRMS)测定白酒中氨基甲酸乙酯含量评估其不确定度,以提升实验检测结果的可靠性。结合GB/T 27418-2017《测量不确定度评定与表示》中的有关规定,以建立其不确定度分析的数学模型,并对不确定度的来源进行全面剖析,以致各分量得以量化与合成。结果表明,实验过程中引入主要不确定度来源为实验准确度、精密度、标准工作曲线拟合和标准工作系列溶液配制过程,其他不确定度来源引入的不确定度相对较低;当白酒中氨基甲酸乙酯含量为71.54 μg/L时,其扩展不确定度为8.00 μg/L(k=2)。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the reliability of test results, the study aimed at evaluation of the measurement uncertainty in the determination of ethyl carbamate residues in Chinese Baijiu by UPLC-Q/Orbitrap HRMS. Based on evaluation and expression of uncertainty of measurement (GB/T 27418-2017), a mathematical model of uncertainty evaluation was established, and the sources of uncertainty were comprehensively analyzed, further each component was quantified and synthesized. The results showed that the main sources of uncertainty arose from the determination of the experimental accuracy/bias and its precision, the preparation of standard solution and curve fitting, and followed by other sources of uncertainty was relatively low. Furthermore, it was worth through our research when the expanded uncertainty was 8.00 μg/L for ethyl carbamate contents of 71.54 μg/L in Chinese Baijiu (k=2).
