数智化时代背景下《食品化学与分析》课程思政建设的教学改革与实践

The Teaching Reform and Practice of Ideological and Political Construction of the Course on Food Chemistry and Analysis in the Digital Intelligence Era

  • 摘要: 深入实施数智化战略行动,构建高等教育教学新形态,并发挥课堂育人主渠道作用,全面推进课程思政建设,已成为当前高等教育发展的新定位、新要求和新任务。本文从数智化时代背景出发,根据课程特点、教学目标和教学内容,深入挖掘每个章节中的思政元素,并总结了在《食品化学与分析》课程思政建设中的教学改革和实践经验。文章进一步提出了提升教师课程思政教学能力、实现课程思政优质资源数智化建设与完善、优化课程设置、创新“基因植入式”和“一二三四”教学模式等措施。通过以专业课程思政课堂为载体,实现知行合一,构建《食品化学与分析》思政课程育人体系,促进专业知识传授与学生价值引领平衡发展,从而擘画出立德树人的新格局。

     

    Abstract: As the new orientation, new requirement and new task to develop higher education, it is necessary to deeply implement the digital strategic action, construct a new form of higher education teaching, give full play to the role of the main channel in the classroom education, and comprehensively promote the ideological and political construction of curriculum. On the basis of the digital intelligence era, this paper deeply explores the ideological and political elements in each chapter according to the characteristics of the course, teaching objectives and teaching contents; it also draws the conclusion about the teaching reform and practice of the ideological and political construction of the course on Food Chemistry and Analysis. It puts forward some strategies: the improvement on educator’ ideological and political teaching ability, the digital construction and improvement of high-quality ideological and political resources, the optimization of curriculum setting, and the innovation on “gene implantation” and “one, two, three, four” teaching modes. The ideological and political classroom of professional courses is taken as the carrier, the unity of inner knowledge and action is realized, and meanwhile the ideological and political education system is constructed about the course on Food Chemistry and Analysis, with the purpose to promote both the translation of professional knowledge and value guidance of students’, and create a new pattern for the moral education.
